Today i heard a radio story about failure:

a. Write down a quote that you agree with or disagree with, and explain why you agree or disagree. I agree that failure is how we learn. I think that in order to learn something you have to fail at it first. That way when you fail at it you get a chance learn it. So yah failure is how we learn.
b. Describe one of the biggest failures you’ve made in your life. How did the failure affect you? What did you learn from the failure? I think that one of my biggest failure was to not get good grades in middle school. This affected me because now im behind. I learned that if a have bad grades i have to raise them up but i should probably get good grades in the first place.
c. Why do you think I’m having you listen to this story? I think that you are having us listen to this story because of what it talks about.

I think that the theme is to pay it forward. I think that the message that its trying to convey is that you have to learn to learn how forgive people and be nice to them. If you dont forgive people then you will have like this grudge inside of you and it will be bothering you till you clear things up. You should learn how to forgive and forget you dont necessarily have to forget but at least forgive. The character that i find most interesting is Trevor. i think that he is the most interesting character because just the way he is with people. I think that alot of people think that he has a good heart. How he would aways help and stand up for that other little boy that always gets beaten up. It was really really sad when he died he was so cut and still is.

The article is mostly about a boy named Darnell who got shot. Darnell lived in inglewood also known as the crip territory.
